How long does shipping take for freshly roasted beans?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and frequency through our 'Subscribe & Save' program, which offers a 15% discount on every recurring order.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will do our best to make it right.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on Direct Trade practices, working closely with farmers to ensure fair wages and sustainable agricultural methods in every region we source from.
What is the best way to store my coffee?
To maintain flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the bean quality.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee?
While we recommend buying whole beans and grinding just before brewing, we do offer various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, and French Press for your convenience.
