At Origin Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for equipment and a freshness guarantee on our beans. Please note that due to food safety regulations, opened bags of coffee cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.

Prepare Your Package
Place the unused equipment or unopened coffee bags in their original packaging to ensure items are protected during transit.
Ship to Origin
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
